  • Estate Clearing

    We offer an end-to-end comprehensive estate-clearing service that handles every aspect of estate dispersal. We’re here to work on your behalf through each step in the process so that you can focus on the things that matter most.

  • Estate Sales

    As part of our estate-clearing service, we specialize in organizing, pricing, and promoting estate and moving sales. We also have an established customer base that attends every sale.

  • Downsizing

    If you’re relocating to a new home or downsizing into a condo or supported living centre, we will take care of what you can’t take with you. We can host a moving sale on your behalf, or do donations and disposals.

  • Estate Appraisal

    We can provide an inventory of the estate's personal property, a valuation of the contents of an estate, and an appraisal of the fair market value of items within an estate. Transitions Owner Nich Fraser is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser with the CPPAG.

  • Move Management

    If you’re moving, we can manage every step of the process, including packing and prepping, coordinating movers, and then unpacking after the move. For anything you don’t want to be moved, we can host a moving sale or donate and disperse.

  • Donations & Disposal

    If you don't have enough for an online or in-person sale, or you’re on a short timeline, we can sort through the contents of the home, donate what we can, and dispose of the rest. When we are done, the home will be cleared and ready for sale or possession.
