Transitions is happy to welcome you to our online sales! Some information for you about your purchases and picking up:

**Only make a purchase if you can pickup during the hours of our pickup event**

• We do not ship items to your home. Items will be available in Regina at the time and location indicated.

• You must bring enough people to carry your purchase, we cannot help with lifting or moving your purchase.

• If you do not bring appropriate assistance to safely remove your purchase, you will not be allowed to pickup and will forfeit your purchase.

• If you do not make it to the pick-up event you will forfeit your purchase - we will not refund you for your purchase.

• All sales are final - you can inspect your purchase at the sale event to ensure it is as represented.

• We cannot answer Texts, Messages or Calls during our pickup event.

• Placing items in your cart will not guarantee that you are the successful purchaser.

• We recommend opening items you wish to purchase in a new tab and adding them to your cart there - there is no easy redirect back to the online store from the cart!

  When you place and item in your cart, the item remains in the sale until you complete your transaction at checkout.

  If someone else has put the item in their cart and completes the checkout first, they are the purchaser!
