If you do not make it to the pick-up event you will forfeit your purchase - we will not refund you for your purchase.
You must bring enough people to carry your purchase, we cannot help with lifting or moving your purchase.
All sales are final - you can inspect your purchase at the sale event to ensure it is as represented.
Placing items in your cart will not guarantee that you are the successful purchaser.
When you place and item in your cart, the item remains in the sale until you complete your transaction at checkout, If someone else has put the item in their cart and completes the checkout first, they are the purchaser
We recommend opening items you wish to purchase in a new tab and adding them to your cart there - there is no easy redirect back to the online store from the cart!
