Community Event: Our July 25th sale coincides with the Gryphons Walk Community Garage Sales! This is the first of 2 (or possibly 3!) incredible sales, with even more treasures arriving for August 8th.

Important Parking Note: Parking is only permitted on 23rd Avenue. Parking within the condo area is strictly prohibited and enforced by the Community. Please follow the signs and prepare for a short walk around the bend.

Pricing Policy: Please note that no discounts will be offered during the July 25th sale.
